From the Trading Floor to Your Business
Robert Joyce began his career in networking before quickly transitioning into trading floor support, where he became a key player in one of the most demanding IT environments in the world. Following the tragic events of 9/11, he was trusted with rebuilding Merrill Lynch's trading floors — a testament to the depth of his expertise and his ability to deliver under pressure.
Throughout his career at major financial institutions, Robert identified a critical gap: small and medium-sized businesses were being left behind when it came to technology. While large corporations had entire IT departments and enterprise-grade infrastructure, SMBs were often stuck with inadequate tools and reactive support.
Driven by a desire to close that gap, he founded Gradius IT Solutions — headquartered in Hackensack, NJ, and built on the same standards he applied in the most demanding enterprise environments on Wall Street. Today, Gradius serves clients across the Tri-State area and nationwide through a network of trusted partner MSPs.
